Located in the east county of San Diego, Boulevard with it's unique transitional location straddles the Tecate Divide, between the Laguna Mountains above and the desert below, providing generous portions of open, vast and soul searching views of the surrounding lines of Laguna, In-Ko-Pah and Sierra Jaurez mountains.

Rich in Native American history, culture and archeological resources, the Kumeyaay and Cocopah Indians were Boulevard's earliest inhabitants.

Encompasing the areas of Manzanita, Live Oak Springs and Tierra Del Sol the flavor of a small town rural community is a short drive from the big city.
